How does TargetPark work?

Search for parking by venue, event, or address. Select your lot, enter your license plate, and pay online. Your plate is your pass — just drive in and park. No ticket or printed pass needed.

Do I need to print a ticket or pass?

No. TargetPark uses plate-based validation. Once you complete your purchase, your license plate is registered in our system. Simply drive into the lot and park — no paper required.

How do I pay for parking?

You can pay online using a credit or debit card. All payments are processed securely through Square. You will receive an email confirmation and receipt immediately after purchase.

Can I get a refund?

Event parking can be refunded up to 24 hours before the event. Daily parking can be refunded before the session starts. Monthly permits require 30 days written notice. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What if an event is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund is issued automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

How do I add or change my vehicle?

Sign in to your account and go to My Vehicles. You can add new vehicles or update existing ones at any time. Make sure your license plate and province are correct before purchasing parking.

What happens if I enter the wrong license plate?

If you entered an incorrect plate, contact us as soon as possible at bc.customerservice@targetpark.ca or call 1-877-256-PARK (7275). We will update your plate to avoid any enforcement issues.

Do you offer monthly parking?

Yes. Monthly parking permits are available at select locations. Search for your city and switch to the Monthly tab to see available lots and pricing.

How do I contact customer support?

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Square, a PCI DSS compliant payment provider. We never store your full credit card number on our servers. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Monthly Parking Agreement

By purchasing a monthly parking permit through TargetPark, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Terms

1. TargetPark, with the facility owner's authorization, permits the customer the use of non-reserved and/or reserved parking space(s) for the vehicle(s) registered on the customer's account at the parking facility referenced at time of purchase.
2. The monthly charge is as displayed at the time of purchase, per space.
3. Parking charges plus all applicable taxes are payable in advance on the renewal date of each calendar month and are subject to interest charges at 2% per month (26.8% per annum) on any unpaid balance thereafter.
4. Parking charges are for rental of parking space(s) and payments are still due during the customer's holidays or short leave of absence. Reactivation of parking agreements which have been suspended for less than two (2) months will be subject to a reactivation fee equivalent to one (1) month of parking.
5. All payments are subject to an administrative fee in addition to the regular parking charges, as displayed at the time of purchase.
6. Access that has been deactivated due to non-payment is subject to a $20.00 reactivation fee.
7. If an access card, fob, hangtag, or parking pass is lost or damaged, a replacement fee of $25.00 may be charged.

Conditions

1. Where applicable, a valid decal or pass must be displayed at all times as instructed. Failure to do so may result in ticketing or towing charges at the customer's expense. TargetPark will replace damaged decals at no charge when returned. Lost or unreturned decals will be subject to a $25.00 fee.
2. TargetPark reserves the right to cancel any parking agreement if the customer is found to be missing their decal or allowing unauthorized vehicle(s) access to the parking facility.
3. Parking charges are for the use of a parking space only. TargetPark is not responsible or liable for any injury, death, property damage, theft, or disappearance occurring in, on, or about the parking facility, to the customer or anyone claiming under or through the customer.
4. Customers are subject to the terms and conditions displayed on all signs in the parking facility.
5. Parking rates are subject to change with one (1) month's written notice.
6. The customer cannot assign or transfer this agreement without the prior written consent of TargetPark, which consent may be unreasonably withheld.
7. TargetPark reserves the right at any time to refuse parking at the customer's normal location.
8. TargetPark shall be notified forthwith of any changes in information provided concerning authorized vehicle(s).
9. No animals are to be brought into the parking facility or left restrained in a vehicle in the parking facility.
10. Parking of unauthorized vehicles in the facility will constitute trespass and such vehicles may be towed from the premises at the owner's risk and expense.
11. Vehicles may not be stored in the parking facility. All vehicles must be in operable, working condition and moved regularly. Vehicles deemed to be stored or inoperable may be towed at the owner's risk and expense.

Termination

To terminate, customers are required to provide one (1) calendar month's written advance notice to TargetPark. Cancellation requests can be submitted before the renewal date; parking remains valid through the end of the current paid period.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, vehicle license plate and province, and payment information. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process parking transactions, send receipts and confirmations, manage your account, improve our services, and communicate with you about your orders.

3. Payment Security

Payment processing is handled by Square. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with parking facility operators as needed to validate your parking, and with service providers who assist us in operating our platform.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and business purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and local storage to maintain your session, remember your preferences (such as city and language), and improve your experience. We use Google Analytics to understand how our site is used. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time.

7. Your Rights

Refund Policy

1. Event Parking

Event parking purchases may be refunded up to 24 hours before the event start time. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

2. Daily Parking

Daily parking purchases may be refunded if the cancellation is made before the parking session start time. Once a session has begun, refunds are not available.

3. Monthly Parking

Monthly parking permits may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Partial month refunds are not available. Contact us to arrange cancellation of your monthly permit.

4. Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued automatically within 5-10 business days.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at bc.customerservice@targetpark.ca or call 1-877-256-PARK (7275) with your order number and reason for the refund request.

6. Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a dispute, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
